Pues si, y es que ya tenemos nuevo entretenimiento;el Mugmouse. Se trata de un invento de Louise Wictoria Klinker en el que básicamente se le ha añadido una base de ratón óptico a una taza, lo malo es que solamente cuenta con un botón que se acciona presionando la taza hacia abajo . Original invento pero de poca utilidad .Ya no sirven las excusas!! no hace falta dejar de trabajar para tomarse el cafe por las mañanas!!

"Альфа-групп"-Access/Ренова (AAR) и ВР сегодня подписали Основное соглашение по созданию компании ТНК-ВР, говорится в заявлении AAR. Подписание сделки происходило в присутствии премьер-министра Великобритании Тони Блэра и президента России Владимира Путина, находящегося в Великобритании с государственным визитом. Финансовыми советниками по сделке выступали Goldman Sachs и Альфа-банк, юридическим советником - компания Jones Day.
Сделку по созданию ТНК-ВР планируется завершить до конца лета 2003г. После завершения сделки будут продолжены переговоры о включении в состав ТНК-ВР компании "Славнефть". В том случае, если соответствующая договоренность будет достигнута, AAR получит дополнительное вознаграждение. Следующим шагом ТНК-ВР будет предоставление документов в регулирующие антимонопольные органы России, ЕС и Украины.
Кроме того, согласно договоренности, достигнутой AAR и ВР в ходе сделки, сумма, выплачиваемая ВР за долю в новой компании, будет сокращена до 2,4 млрд долл. Ранее планировалось, что за 50% акций новой компании ВР заплатит AAR 3 млрд долл. В заявлении AAR отмечено, что это является отражением увеличения долговых обязательств ТНК-ВР (в частности, в связи с приобретением "Славнефти"). Кроме того, ВР произведет три ежегодных выплаты в размере 1,25 млрд долл. каждая в виде своих обыкновенных акций, оцениваемых в соответствии с рыночной стоимостью на момент платежа.
Напомним, 11 февраля 2003г. "Альфа-групп", компания Access/Renova и British Petroleum объявили о создании новой нефтяной компании и намерении объединить свои нефтяные активы на территории России и Украины. Новая холдинговая компания станет третьей по величине российской нефтяной компанией по размеру запасов и объему добычи. ВР будет принадлежать 50% акций новой холдинговой компании, еще 50% акций холдинга будет принадлежать "Альфа-групп" и Ассеss/Renova (ААР). Объем доказанных запасов нефти новой компании (согласно международному аудиту нефтяных запасов в 2002г.) достигает 9 млрд 488 млн барр. Ежедневный объем добычи составит 1,21 млн барр. Компания будет владеть пятью нефтеперерабатывающими заводами с общей установленной мощностью в 1 млн барр./день. Под управлением нового холдинга будет находиться сеть автозаправочных станций на территории России и Украины, насчитывающая более 2 тыс. 100 единиц.
